Hello Fellow Squadron Members,
We had a great Fall Conference in St. Cloud for all the Legion Family. This conference is a training workshop for all the new Officers. I found it very informative especially for membership reports. I will report at the meeting.
We have a couple of burger sessions coming up in November. November 8th we will be hosting a burger night in conjunction with the gun raffle. 1/3rd pound burgers with tater tots. The other is our turn to burgers on Wednesday November 13th.
Monday November 11th is Veterans Day with Legion Family members going to visit the Veterans at the Senior living and Nursing Home locations.
Saturday November 16th will be the Veterans Day Dinner. This is free to anyone and will be serving from 4:30 to 7:00.
Wednesday November 27th the bar will be serving Tom and Jerry’s for a nominal fee. Thursday will be Thanksgiving and your Commanders Birthday. I would buy a round for everyone but the social parlor will be closed. DARN.
Our meeting will be November 11th at 6:00. Hope to see you all there.
Don’t forget to set your clocks back on November 3rd.
