Happy May!

Is winter over?  I sure hope so!  We are moving forward with spring here at the legion.  If you noticed, we painted the bar in March, and I think it looks awesome!  I want to thank everyone that came in to help with the deep clean and panting.  We are still decorating and updating a few things. 

Poppy Day is on May 8^th.  The legion family will be out and about on May 8^th at local businesses with Poppy’s, so make sure and get yours.

We have a lot of things going on in the backroom.  May 2^nd is Ducks Unlimited, May 8^th Kinship dinner, please check out our event calendar on our webpage at  www.parkrapidsamericanlegion.com

Fishing opener is approaching quickly May 9th!  Good Luck!  If you haven’t planned anything for the Mothers in our lives, make sure you do on May 11^th (just a lil hint-Mother’s Day)!
