Hello Fellow Squadron Members,
Thanks to all who came out for our combined Installation of our new Officers for 2025-2026. I am looking forward to working well with them and planning a lot of events for the next year. Our Legion Family has always worked well together. Also, congratulations to Virgil Eskola as our S.A.L. member of the year. He has always been there to volunteer with many of the things we do.
There is always alot going on in our club this summer so we will be asking for help to make sure everything goes smoothly. The S.A.L. is planning a “Brat and Tot” fundraiser Saturday on July 19th, (1pm – 3pm) for the Honor Flight. Todd has contacted someone from the Honor Flight committee to possibly bring some of their shirts, hats, and bling to have for purchase. Stop out for a good time and a worthwhile event.
Our meeting will be July 7th at 6:00pm. Come to the meeting and receive a drink ticket and a chance at a door prize.
The Auxiliary is hosting a blood drive at the Post on July 21 thru 23. If you would like to donate to help save a life, please call me and I will put in contact with the chairperson. It doesn’t take long, and blood supplies run short in the summer.
Thanks to all of you for all your help when called.
Bob Cadreau
Squadron Commander
