Thank you for the warm wishes as I take over the role as President. Dorothy has done an outstanding job and will be a tough act to follow. I am looking forward to working closely with our Legion Family to continue to provide a positive and fun atmosphere within and around our community.

We begin this month with a BANG! Happy 4th of July! We celebrate our independence from Great Britain and the birth of our nation in 1776 with the adopting of the Declaration of Independence. Have you ever taken a moment to think where we would be today if our colonial ancestors had not fought for our freedom in the Revolutionary War? Come out to the 4th of July parade to celebrate! Our Legion Family will be marching, riding, walking, and smiling! Remember to stand and remove your hats as the Color Guard passes by and give the rest of us a shout as we follow. Be safe everyone!

Working together to support our veterans!
