November is just around the corner and it’s going to be a busy month!! Be sure to check out the Events section of the website to see what is coming up. A few highlights:

Tuesday, November 5 Election Day, be sure to cast your vote!

Friday, November 8 is our gun raffle at 8 PM with SAL serving burgers and tots.   AND of course, Saturday November 9, the day most of us wait for all year long, the opening of deer season!!  Good luck to all the hunters!

Monday, November 11 Veterans Day – We will be visiting veterans in the homes and we welcome anyone that wants to join us, to thank them for their service. We will be gathering at the Legion at noon that day.

Also, November 11 is the board meeting at 7pm and November 12 is our November Post membership meeting at 7pm.  We would like to see and hear from more members at our monthly membership meetings. If you can attend, please join us.

Saturday, November 16 is the Veterans Day dinner.  Special thanks to the auxiliary members for their work in planning and putting this together. All Post members are welcome to help!!

Thursday, November 28 Thanksgiving Day. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Thank you to all volunteers that have helped with activities and events!!!

Hopefully November weather will be like October with not a lot of that S–W word!!!

Together, we can make a difference!!
