The end of our Auxiliary year is upon us. I would like to thank everyone for all of your hard work and countless hours invested into making our Unit a success! I truly appreciate everyone that has guided and mentored me through my first Presidential year. I am blessed with a strong support team. A husband who gives me time to devote, children who lend a helping hand at a moment’s notice, a flexible employer, friends that listen, a Legion Family that offer advice, and drinking buddies to help me unwind. 

  Who are the support people in your life? The ones that show up to help without question? Do things without being asked? Provide emotional support? Listen? Put up with your good and bad days? We don’t always realize how people touch our day to day lives. Take some time to recognize who lends a hand, a listening ear, or offers a hug. Don’t take them for granted. And remember to return the favor. Here’s to another year!
