What a great event! On Tuesday, March 4th, over 20 teams competed to raise funds for a great cause, the Hubbard County Food Shelf. There was a great showing of supporters from the time the doors opened until they closed. A very big thank you to everyone involved, the teams that competed, the sponsors, and all that donated and enjoyed a wide variety of great chilis.
Earlier today, the Park Rapids Enterprise posted an article stating that according to Pam Evans with the Food Shelf board, this year’s chili challenge raised a total of $18,322.56 compared to $13,678 in 2024, and $8,600 in 2023.
